Question So called Eco bags are a con?

Some people think that if a heavy duty re-usable plastic bag sold by a retail store is eco friendly but the opposite is true since the manufacturing process isnt. Only bags made from jute or cotton are really environmentally friendly.

Do you know where I can get them from?

Is that the same as the green bag? Well if more people should make an effort to re-use plastic bags it should cut down plastic waste to some extent. That should at least help in my opinion. However, we consume too much that we have to produce just as much too so that there is enough supply.

Since we are likely to be taxed to the hilt now that the election is over why dont we put on a tax of 10p per bag!
